Horton needed to replace its existing web-based selection system with a modern product that could support both connected and fully offline working.
Using the Cheetah framework, Paramet created one shared selection engine and database format for the web and desktop experiences. That common foundation keeps product logic consistent wherever the tool is used.
A shared registration system manages user settings across both versions, while licence-file activation allows the desktop application to operate from installation without an internet connection.
