Paramet rewrote the back-end API on a tight delivery schedule. The portal gives customers a device-specific dashboard for monitoring and control from anywhere in the world.
Role-based access lets customers grant temporary installer access and enables support teams to assist with devices. Azure B2C provides secure identity management and a path toward single sign-on across the wider application estate.
